I was super pleased with this roast; It was seasoned to perfection and the spices used were fabulous. Instead of doing it in the oven we cooked it on the rotisserie for a couple of hours and it was absolutely delicious. We probably got about 4 – 5 individual, restaurant-quality meals out of it. I highly recommend this roast if you’re looking for an elegant, savory meal.
